If your DubCharge battery is not charging, we advise trying the following:
- Check the cable connection to make sure it is secure.
- Check inside both ports and ensure there isn’t any debris or damage done inside the port itself.
- Check the housing for the Dual-Ports and ensure they have not been pushed in, we have had customers shove their wires into the ports. Please gently plug the wire of choice when charging.
- Check if the wire you are using properly works and try a different lighting/type-C cable.
- Check if the light by the Dual-Ports is on.
- If your DubCharge has not been charging out of the box, please let us know.
