You agree that electronic communications, including emails and SMS/text messages sent by DubCharge, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Subscription Services and Auto-Renewal Terms

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring product deliveries at the frequency you select. Subscription orders are billed automatically prior to each shipment.

Subscribers may manage their delivery schedule, including skipping, rescheduling, or modifying orders at any time; however, cancellation of a subscription is only permitted after a minimum of two (2) successfully paid shipments have been fulfilled due to the discounted subscription pricing and promotions. Requests to cancel prior to completing the required minimum may not be honored.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from DubCharge, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from us at the number provided. These messages may include promotional offers, cart reminders, order updates, account notifications, product announcements, and other marketing or transactional communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number and are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your wireless provider. DubCharge is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS messaging program at any time without notice.

Your participation in our SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service or any content without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We strive to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee monitor displays will be precise. We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change information, cancel orders, or update content without prior notice. No refresh date indicates complete accuracy.

Refund and Shipping Policy

DubCharge offers refunds or replacements only under limited conditions.

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Customers must contact USPS directly to file claims, as DubCharge does not handle these on your behalf.

We highly recommend purchasing the Route Protection Plan at checkout, which provides independent coverage and claim support for lost packages.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with occasional exceptions during high-demand periods.

Returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item or a defective item, provided you can supply clear video evidence. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Consumable products, such as vape items, cannot be returned once opened or used.

To initiate a return, email support@dubcharge.com with your order number and video evidence. If approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Exchanges are not offered once an order ships. If a different product is needed, you must place a new order, and qualifying returns will be processed according to this policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to solicit illegal acts, violate regulations, infringe on intellectual property, harass or discriminate, submit false information, upload malicious code, or interfere with security features. Violation may result in termination of access.
