How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Why does my tracking still show Pre-Transit?
No worries - this is very common and usually just means the postal carrier hasn’t completed the first scan of the package. Your order has already shipped out on our end, and tracking often won’t update until it reaches your local postal facility or goes out for delivery. This is a normal carrier scanning delay.
If it’s been 7 days since shipment with no tracking updates, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help. We’re only able to contact the carrier once 7 days have passed.

Delivery times vary based on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take between 7-16 days. You will receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if necessary.
