Overview

DubCharge only offers refunds or replacements under limited conditions. By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to this policy.


Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS, DubCharge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your package is lost in transit, you must contact USPS directly and file a claim. DubCharge does not handle claims on your behalf for lost packages.

We highly recommend purchasing the Checkout + at checkout. This plan provides extra coverage—if USPS loses your package, you can file a claim with Redo, which will independently investigate and assist with resolution.


Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends, with rare exceptions on Saturdays during high-demand periods.


Returns (Wrong, Defective, or Unwanted Items)

Returns are accepted only if:

  1. You received the wrong item,

  2. Your item is defective, and you can provide clear video evidence, or

  3. You received a product that you do not want, provided it is unopened and unused.

For returns due to unwanted items, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping label. If you purchased redo at checkout, they will cover your return label.

To be eligible for a return:

You must submit a return through our return portal within 30 days.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, consumable products, such as vape items, cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
