At DubCharge, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. To provide peace of mind, we offer a warranty exclusively for DubCharge-manufactured items.
What’s Covered?
Our warranty applies to DubCharge products only and includes:
- Manufacturer defects: Issues with materials or workmanship.
- Non-functional products upon arrival: If your item doesn’t work as expected out of the box.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products altered or modified after purchase.
- Non-DubCharge products: For items not manufactured by DubCharge (e.g., third-party accessories or brands), please contact the respective manufacturer for support or warranty claims.
- DubCharge Batteries and Charging Accessories: 30-day manufacture defect warranty from the date of purchase.
DubCare or DubZotics Items: Non-refundable
Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty claim.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Email support@dubcharge.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Videos/Photos: Attach clear photos of the product, any serial numbers, or videos of the said issue.
Return or Replace: If your claim is approved, we’ll guide you through the process for returns or replacements.
Important Note for Third-Party Products
While we carry a variety of products on DubCharge.com, only items manufactured by DubCharge are covered under our warranty. For warranty issues related to third-party brands, you must contact the original manufacturer directly.
