I can't get my cartridge to heat up. What should I do?

We advise the following if your cartridge isn't heating up or creating any vapor:

• Check the cartridge to make sure it isn't damaged or compromised in any way that might prevent the heating element and cartridge from making appropriate contact.
• Confirm that your device is fully charged.
• Use a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean the connecting point of any oil residue, dust, or other debris.
