Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dubcharge.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How much time does it take to charge a Device?
Using our Dual-Port technology, you can use a lightning cable or a type-C cable to charge your Device. The light by the dual-ports will TURN OFF ONCE FULLY CHARGED. When you plug in your cable of choice, the red light by the dual-ports will turn ON, indicating the battery is currently charging. The Device also includes pass-through charging, which means you can use it while it is charging! The battery will display three distinct colors to indicate battery life:
- Green: 50%-100%
- Yellow: 25%-50%

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How should I keep my Device clean?
Keep the power connection points clean and free of oil residue or other debris as part of regular maintenance. One out of every five cartridges may be defective and can leak. To properly maintain your Device, gently clean the connecting area with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol).
How long does it take to fully charge a Device?
Charging typically takes around 1-2 hours. The light near the charging port will turn off once fully charged. The Device also supports pass-through charging, so you can use it while it’s charging.
Why is my Device blinking white?
A blinking white light usually indicates that the cartridge might be too tightly screwed in. Loosen it slightly and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
Can I use any type of cartridge with the Device?
The Device is compatible with most 510-thread cartridges. However, always check compatibility with your specific cartridge type for the best performance.
What’s the expected battery life of the Device on a single charge?
