I've been using this product for about a month now and, I've had no problems with it yet. The only possible downside is you want to make sure you turn the device off before keeping it on you.
The 15 minute auto-shutoff definitely works, but since the whole pen clip functions as a button it is pretty easy to click the button in your pocket.
